Medication disposal cards

Did you know that nearly 9 out of 10 consumers keep their unused opioid prescriptions for future use? That's why RIPA, in collaboration with our regional quality improvement organization, has developed a tool to help pharmacists educate patients about how they can dispose of their prescription drugs in a safe, convenient and responsible way: medication disposal cards. Click here to share this tool with your patients. This is an opportunity to engage with patients about proper medication disposal.
