Dear potential exhibitor,
The Rhode Island Pharmacists Association would like to invite you to participate as an Exhibitor at the annual full-day Continuing Education Program to be held on Thursday, October 16th, 2024 from 8:00am-3:30pm. The annual event will be held LIVE at the Radisson Hotel, Warwick RI. Virtual Attendance will not be available for exhibitors
We expect to attract approximately 90 or more pharmacists and technicians practicing in a variety of health care settings including but not limited to: community, ambulatory/physician office-based, hospital, academia, and research.
This event is the only full-day program offered by our Association for 2025. Attendees can obtain all required continuing education requirements at the event, making it attractive to all practice settings! We are pleased to announce that for the fourth straight year we are offering this seminar free of charge for pharmacists members of RIPA in an effort to increase attendance and participation.
Sponsorship of breaks, breakfast and lunch as well as advertising space in our program materials are available.
Exhibitors will receive complimentary attendance for 1 attendee to the full conference, including networking sessions from 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM break. Additional benefits include visibility in the program booklet, the RIPA website, and based on the level purchased, additional events throughout the year.
Our program content is compliant with the 2009 PhRMA Code on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals, therefore exhibits will be available only during the non-CME portion of the program. Exhibits will include cost of the display only and not affect content. Any additional benefits can be declined per attendee. Please review our updated Vendor options and pricing breakdown which help increase exposure throughout the calendar year.
